By plugging the XPower Inverter 400 Plus directly into a 12-volt lighter socket, you can turn your vehicle into a mobile office or have power to run entertainment electronics like popular handheld games or TVs (up to 150W).

For AC loads greater than 150W, the inverter should be connected directly to the battery to prevent blowing the fuse in the car. The more powerful XPower Inverter 400 Plus must be connected directly to a battery.

Xantrex inverters automatically sense low battery voltage so you never have to worry about a depleted battery. Compact and lightweight, XPower in-vehicle power inverters are available in a variety of power levels.
